Operations that run on intelligence. Not automation theater.

We're an operations company that uses AI — not an AI company learning how to run operations. We host, build, and operate revenue and compliance systems for regulated mid-market companies, inside a boundary your auditors already trust.

01 — The Problem
Why most AI initiatives don't move the number a CFO cares about.

Most organizations don't have a tools problem.
They have a workflow problem.

Regulated mid-market companies struggle not because they lack tools — but because the workflows that actually move money are manual, fragmented, and exhausting to operate.

Revenue cycle, compliance, and finance operations are the worst of it. They run on tribal knowledge. They create constant audit risk. The real problem isn't the tool. It's that nobody redesigned the workflow. That's what we do.

01

Revenue leakage

Manual intake, missed follow-ups, and billing errors compounding silently for months.

02

Compliance exposure

Evidence lives in spreadsheets, visible only when an auditor asks for it.

03

Operational fragility

One person leaves and years of institutional knowledge walk out with them.

04

AI that doesn't deliver

Tools dropped into broken processes and expected to fix them. They don't.

02 — The Boundary
Half of what we deliver is the perimeter itself.

One compliance boundary.
Hosted, operated, owned.

One Throat

One perimeter. One BAA for it. One audit trail.

Hosting, AI inference, custom apps, and ops — all under one roof. Your auditor maps one boundary instead of a sprawl of cloud, model, and observability subprocessors.

One Boundary

Compliance posture established once, at the infrastructure level.

Per-client VLAN isolation. Enterprise identity with policy-based access. The perimeter holds for everything inside it — including the AI.

One Operator

When the phone rings at 2am, it rings to us.

We don't hand the system off and leave. We stay on as the operations layer underneath every system we build.

03 — How We Work
The same shape, every engagement. Borrowed from forward-deployed engineering — adapted for regulated operators.

Audit. Evals. Deployment.

01
2–6 weeks

Audit

We embed with the team whose work we're going to touch. Map workflows as they actually run, not as the org chart says. Decide what should be automated, what should be left alone, and what needs to be fixed before AI gets near it.

02
2–4 weeks

Evals

Before anything reaches production, we build evaluations that grade the system the way a senior operator in your business would. CFO-grade thresholds, signed off in writing, against outcomes that actually matter.

03
4–12 weeks

Deployment

Layer the new system over your existing data and tools. Start with the smallest unit of autonomy. Climb the ladder only as the evals continue to hold. Then we stay on as the ops layer underneath.

04 — Practices
Three specialized verticals. One brand. Custom builds attached to anchor engagements.

Healthcare Revenue Operations

Multi-location healthcare operators lose significant revenue not from fraud — but from manual intake, missed follow-ups, and billing errors that compound quietly across a dozen disconnected systems. We replace those touchpoints with AI-assisted workflows inside a HIPAA-aligned boundary, without disrupting the systems your staff already knows.

What you get
  • Source-system integration via our orchestration engine and state store
  • Punch-edit and payroll audit pipelines
  • CFO-grade evals on every automated decision
  • Hosted VDI for clinical and back-office staff
  • Enterprise identity provider with role-based access
  • Ongoing operations — not a hand-off
02Defense
For: CEOs · CISOs · Compliance Officers at federal contractors

CMMC Defense Compliance

DoD primes and subs lose contracts not because they can't do the work — but because they can't prove their environment is clean enough to do it. We deliver a turnkey CMMC-aligned enclave on a regulated stack: VDI Blade, per-client VLAN isolation, GPU footprint where the work demands it, audit trail that holds up under an auditor walk-through.

What you get
  • VDI Blade hosted enclave in Dallas
  • Per-client VLAN isolation
  • SSP, POA&M, continuous monitoring
  • Enterprise identity provider with policy-based access
  • Audit support through certification
  • AI-assisted ops inside the boundary

Finance & Investment Operations

The systems that run a modern investment firm — general ledger, payments, CRM, AP automation, spend management — were never designed to talk to each other. Close, reconciliation, investor reporting, and deal-flow tracking are held together by a finance team and a spreadsheet. We're building an integration and operations layer purpose-built for that stack, deployed inside the same compliance boundary as our healthcare and defense practices.

What you get
  • General ledger · payments · CRM integration
  • AP automation, spend management, and CRM data unified
  • Close and reconciliation automation
  • Investor reporting pipelines
  • Deal-flow tracking with AI assistance
  • Operated by us — not handed off

Custom Systems & Product Builds

When the off-the-shelf software doesn't fit the workflow, we build the thing. Modern server-rendered dashboards, workflow orchestration, a relational state layer, MCP connectors that bridge legacy software the vendors abandoned. For anchor clients whose stack extends beyond our boundary, we also operate their public cloud environments — Azure, AWS, and the rest of the major cloud platforms — as part of the same operations layer. Reserved for clients already inside the boundary; this is how we extend an anchor engagement, not a front door for net-new work.

What we build
  • Internal dashboards on a modern web stack
  • Automation pipelines via our orchestration engine
  • MCP connectors to legacy systems
  • RAG over your document corpus
  • Public cloud co-management · Azure · AWS
  • Hosted alongside your other systems
05 — What We Operate
Founder judgment, not just dev capacity.

We don't just ship code.
We run it — every day.

SentinelEdge operates a portfolio of internal and client-facing applications on the same regulated stack. The same boundary, the same operations layer, the same team.

When we tell a CFO we can host, build, and operate a complex multi-system platform for their finance team, we're not pitching capability we hope to develop. We're describing the model we already run for ourselves, every day, across multiple production applications inside our compliance boundary.

We bring founder judgment to client engagements because we're founders. We bring operations rigor because we're the ones the phone rings to. We don't sell access to our internal products. We sell the operating model underneath them.

The clients we serve get more than dev capacity. They get a partner who lives in the same problems they do.
  • Production application hosting

Internal and client-facing applications running on the same regulated stack, inside the same compliance boundary as your environment.

    01
  • Continuous monitoring & alerting

Runtime error tracking, silent-failure detection on scheduled jobs, and operations alerts routed to the people who can actually fix them.

    02
  • Integration & orchestration

Source-system integration, workflow orchestration, and the AI layer in the middle. The reason a CFO can trust the output of an automated process.

    03
  • Identity & access management

Role-based access across every system inside the boundary, mapped to your existing org structure. Auditable from day one.

    04
  • Backup & disaster recovery

Daily backups, weekly off-site exports, and a documented recovery posture. The unglamorous work that keeps a production environment defensible.

    05
06 — A real outcome

A healthcare client operating across multiple locations identified more than $2M in annual billing overhead that could be automated. Then the second-order wins: revenue recovered from claims that used to slip through, days shaved off the bill-to-collect cycle, and the cash-flow gains that come with both.

07 — Limits
Naming what we don't do is more useful than naming what we do.

What we don't do.

We don't replace your ERP, EHR, or core systems.

You spent years and a lot of money getting there. We build over your existing stack, not against it.

We don't sell time-and-materials.

Scoped against outcomes. Fixed-fee build. Predictable managed-service ops. Billing by the hour rewards us for taking longer.

We don't ship automations that act on day one.

The autonomy ladder is non-negotiable. We start with observation, even when the client wants to skip ahead.

We don't poke holes in the boundary.

If a workflow requires shipping data outside our hosting environment, we find a path to keep it inside — or we tell you no.

We don't sell AI as a product.

No platform license. No SaaS renewal. No tool to maintain. We embed intelligence into the way your organization already works.

We don't grow the team to win work we can't operate.

Deliberately small. The clients we take are clients we can run for, on call, at 2am if it comes to that.

A second site in build-out to extend the same operational boundary. Serves East Coast client proximity, geographic redundancy for existing engagements, and compliance frameworks that require regional separation.

08 — Who built this

Operators
who use AI.
Not the other way around.

SentinelEdge Solutions started as a managed services practice and grew up into a compliant hosting and operations firm. The pivot was simple: our clients didn't need another tools vendor. They needed someone to actually run the systems, inside a boundary their auditors would accept, with AI woven into the workflow rather than bolted on top.

We operate from our anchor datacenter in Dallas, with the GPU footprint to host both VDI and inference workloads inside the same boundary. A second East Coast facility in New Jersey is coming online to support geographic redundancy, East Coast client proximity, and emerging compliance requirements. We're deliberately small. The clients we keep are clients who fit the model. The ones we don't sign up are the ones we'd rather not be responsible for at 2am.

Every engagement is led by a principal who has built and run operations. Not handed off to a project coordinator. Not introduced through a sales rep.

09 — Start here

If your stack is regulated,
your CFO is the buyer,
and you're tired of vendors who hand you a thing and leave

Let's have a real conversation. Discovery calls are with a principal, not a sales rep. Bring the workflow that's eating your team alive, and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right shop to fix it. If we're not, we'll tell you that too.
